We would like to mention that all our products are purely handmade by traditional artisans in rural India, resulting in unique products. Since, the crafts are made by hand, it is very natural that they may slightly differ from each other in terms of shape, size, color and finish which actually enhance their beauty and bring out the uniqueness of the piece you receive. Minor scratches are part of handcrafted items.

The return pick up will be arranged by us within 4-5 working days from the same address to which the product was shipped. Please keep the Product in its original packaging and seal it well and send it across. Please ensure that the product is in unused condition, not damaged and all the tags, invoice slips are intact at the time of return.
Your order is eligible for return or replacement if it meets the above mentioned criteria under Return policy. Under certain circumstances like if the product has been discontinued, or only one piece of the craft has been made, we may not be able to provide you with replacement against your ordered product, then we will notify within 7 Days after placing the order and thereafter process your refund in next 5 to 7 days, a credit of the paid amount will reflect in the original mode of payment within 14 working days. In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) order, the refund will be made only through Bank Transfer and will be exclusive of the COD charge of Rs 40 within 14 working days.
